Role Overview

This is a seasonal position, allowing you to utilize your winters off for travel, hunting, fishing, or other activities while your benefits continue year-round.

This position involves safely moving freight, stock, and other materials by hand or using heavy equipment, driving vehicles, or operating machinery to complete assignments. Responsibilities include performing or scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, sometimes at elevated platforms with heavy tools, loading and unloading railcars or trucks, inspecting incoming materials, and verifying receipts. You will also keep records of materials received, maintain and clean vehicles, machinery, and equipment, and recommend safety improvements. Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, DNR, MSHA, and other regulations is crucial, as is attending training. Travel is required, and other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to hold and maintain proper licensure and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and some Saturdays.
