Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced Rail Loadout Operator in Macon, GA. You will operate rail loadout systems to safely load materials into railcars, monitor processes, and coordinate with rail crews and plant teams to keep operations smooth and precise.

Responsibilities include routine equipment checks, reporting maintenance needs, and adhering to safety, environmental, and operating procedures while supporting production goals.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
