Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage daily loadout activities in our industrial setting. You will supervise, coach, and support team members to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

You will coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadouts, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement while upholding our safety culture and environmental standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
• Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.

Work Environment

• Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.
• Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, truck drivers, and customers.
• May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
