Rail Loadout Operator

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcars
  • Monitor loading processes and inspect equipment to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with rail crews, plant personnel, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures while supporting production goals
What Are We Looking For
  • Ability to safely operate and monitor rail loading equipment and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in material handling
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
