PSC Group is hiring a full-time Loader - Switching Technician in Morris, IL. This role supports safe loading of railcars and moves products through track operations with on-the-job training available.

You will inspect railcars, connect hoses, weigh cars, and coordinate with the rail team and customers. Fluency in English and reliability are essential, and you must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required.
• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is available.
• Military experience a plus and ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Loader duties: inspect railcars, connect/disconnect loading arms, weigh cars and complete paperwork.
• Rail switching duties: plan railcar spotting, movement, and communication with rail team and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to complete the job.
