Job summary

PSC Group, formerly Petroleum Service Corporation, seeks a Loader - Rail Switching Technician to support railcar loading and rail movements in an industrial facility. This is a full-time, hands-on role emphasizing safety, training, and long-term growth within a strong team.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, inspecting railcars and trailers, and completing accurate paperwork while following procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the U.S.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear PPE and pass medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
• Military experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Cleans and inspects railcars prior to product transfer
• Connects and disconnects loading arms or hoses
• Checks for leaks, weighs railcars, and completes paperwork
• Operates a forklift and other warehouse machinery to load product onto trailers
• Inspects trailers to ensure product securement and no damages
• Reviews and/or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy
• Completes any other duties assigned to complete the job
