Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Loader/ Rail Switching Technician in a full-time role. The job involves inspecting railcars and loading equipment, transferring product, and ensuring safe operations. You will plan railcar movements and coordinate with the rail team and customers.

We value safety, training, and teamwork, with on-site shifts Monday through Friday and occasional weekends. On-site attendance and adherence to PPE are essential, with comprehensive employee benefits available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required: speak, read, write.
• Valid driver's license and/or TWIC card depending on location.
• On-site work with safety and PPE requirements.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Background check, drug screen, and physical may be required.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect railcar and loading equipment for safety and leaks.
• Connect/disconnect loading arm hose for product transfer.
• Weigh railcars and complete required paperwork.
• Plan railcar movements and spot/assemble for shipment.
• May operate trackmobile/locomotive to move railcars.
• Communicate with rail team, leadership, and customers.
• Follow procedures and maintain on-site attendance.
