Job summary

PSC Group in the United States is hiring a full-time Loader – Switching Technician. This role supports safe, on-site rail operations in the chemical industry and offers on-the-job training.

You will inspect railcars, connect loading arms, weigh cars, plan railcar movements, and communicate with the rail team and customers. Prior experience is a plus but not required; all training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• On-the-job training available.
• Valid Driver’s License and/or TWIC may be required.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect railcars and loading equipment for safety and readiness.
• Connect or disconnect loading arms for product transfer.
• Weigh railcars and complete required paperwork.
• Plan railcars to be spotted and loaded; may operate trackmobile or locomotive.
• Communicate with rail team, leadership, and customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
