Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field such as electrical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow a structured troubleshooting process in time-sensitive situations.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance and equipment to identify issues and support safe, reliable operations.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Field Technicians to improve fleet performance.
• Provide calm, real-time phone support to end users to expedite troubleshooting.
• Support investigations and Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Review and update maintenance practices and procedures to keep guidance accurate.
• Clarify concerns, determine causes, explain solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
