Drive reliability and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment downtime and control maintenance costs.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Field Service Technicians to strengthen maintenance practices and improve fleet performance.

Provide calm, real-time phone support to end users to accelerate troubleshooting and restore equipment to service efficiently.

Support failure investigations and complete Root Cause Analysis reports to help prevent recurring issues and improve long-term reliability.

Regularly review and update maintenance practices, documentation, and troubleshooting procedures to keep guidance accurate, effective, and easy to apply.

Resolve product and service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, explaining the best solution, expediting corrective action, and following up to confirm a timely and satisfactory resolution.

Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn computerized maintenance management systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to prepare administrative reports.

Effective communication and active-listening skills, supported by strong organizational abilities.

Ability to quickly learn and confidently use project-specific software and online tools.

A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and help strengthen results and operational efficiency.

Ability to travel domestically up to 5%.

The world needs technologies that work. Technologies that matter. Technologies that solve today’s challenges and help shape a better tomorrow. And that’s exactly what we build.
