Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong English technical communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% for training.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service by building rapport with maintenance staff.
• Deliver high-quality technical advice to improve equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair service requests and complete diagnostics.
• Deliver ongoing system operation training for customers.
• Coordinate communications between customer, Rail Support Center, and field team.
• Support 3rd party vendors and ensure proper operation of components.
