Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of equipment experience directly related.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems required.
• Experience with low and medium voltage switchgear.
• Experience with breakers or high voltage equipment testing.
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical control circuits.
• Must be available for emergency and relief assignments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with OSHA safety practices.
• Based remotely within Central Region; valid US driver’s license; 21+ years old; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of LV and MV equipment.
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and consulting.
• Support Greenfield & Brownfield installations and commissioning activities.
• Travel up to 80% nationally depending on site locations.
• Work in a hands-on field environment for Siemens/USA.
