The role requires dependable, organized, and customer-focused individuals who can stay calm under pressure and ensure trips are covered promptly. Responsibilities include communicating with drivers, monitoring trips, updating systems, and providing problem-solving support.

Qualificações

• 6 months of dispatch or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone and customer service skills.
• Good typing and 10-key skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when situations change quickly.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transportation for railroad personnel.
• Monitor trips and address coverage issues.
• Escalate issues to customers or Field Operations when necessary.
• Verify trip information for accuracy.
• Update dispatch systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with drivers and Field Management.
• Provide assistance and problem-solving support throughout the shift.
