Job summary

Hallcon is seeking an in-office dispatcher to coordinate transportation for railroad personnel in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure driver trips are covered on time, update systems, and collaborate with Field Management.

Attendance is critical. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong typing and 10-key, and excellent phone customer service. 6 months dispatching or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to customer or field operations when needed.
• Ensure accuracy of trips taken and provide assistance as needed.
• Update systems timely and accurately.
• Professionally coordinate with all Field Management.
• All other job duties as assigned.
