Job summary

You will provide expertise in station design and maximize operational provision during major upgrades or transformation projects. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder groups and ensuring effective facility maintenance and long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

• Member of a relevant professional body with chartered status and/or educated to degree level.
• Relevant experience in successful management of significant projects in construction and/or rail industries.
• Experience of station operations and rebuilding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the station design supports effective facility maintenance and asset performance.
• Identify risks associated with handback of assets to station maintainers.
• Actively manage stakeholder groups to avoid conflicts.
• Review building systems and access routes for efficient inspections and repairs.
• Establish asset information needs and maintenance strategies.
