Job summary

RayzeBio is seeking a Production Operator I to join our GMP‑compliant manufacturing team in Indianapolis. You will execute production of RayzeBio drug products, support validation activities, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area for clinical and commercial radiopharmaceuticals.

Ideal candidates have laboratory experience, familiarity with GMP, aseptic techniques, and the ability to work under pressure to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP‑regulated environment.
• Laboratory experience including pipetting and laminar flow hoods.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Experience with radiochemistry or radiopharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute production of RayzeBio drug products while ensuring GMP compliance.
• Assist validation activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
• Support process improvements and inventory management.
• Maintain production area and promote safety and compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
