Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Production Lead to drive daily GMP production operations in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee operators, ensure safety/compliance, and contribute to manufacturing and validation activities for radiopharmaceutical products.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in GMP, a STEM degree, and experience with aseptic radiopharmaceuticals. This role requires relocation within reasonable distance of Indianapolis and a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience operating in a GMP environment with increasing responsibilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field preferred.
• Experience operating aseptically within ISO 7/Class C strongly preferred.
• Experience with radiochemistry and/or radiopharmaceuticals strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production operators on the floor.
• Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling and upkeep of the production area.
• Ensure personnel comply with site EHS and radiation safety programs and promote a culture of safety.
• Review production documents (batch records, logbooks, forms) as needed.
• Author and/or revise production documents (SOPs, forms).
• Execute GMP manufacturing activities as needed.
• Support development, execution, and training of the operator program.
• Support validation activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional opportunities.
• Assist investigations of quality events and coordinate with external vendors.
