Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Manager of Production to lead radiopharmaceutical injectables manufacturing at clinical and commercial scale in Indianapolis. You will drive a culture of safety, compliance, and teamwork in GMP environments while ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will manage a high-performing team, oversee in-plant production, draft GMP docs, support CAPAs, and coordinate cross-functionally to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in scientific related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with radiopharmaceutical or sterile injectable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GMP-compliant production of radiopharmaceutical injectables for clinical and commercial use.
• Manage daily production schedules and batch manufacturing to meet demand.
• Ensure aseptic techniques and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Draft GMP documentation and records.
• Support investigations and CAPA implementation.
