Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis is seeking an Operator – Isotope Production to join the isotopes production team. You will execute daily isotope production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and support radiochemical separations in hot cell equipment and glove boxes.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in GMP settings, a STEM degree, and strong English, with focus on radiation safety, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Previous experience operating within hot cells and/or glove boxes is strongly preferred.
• 1–4 years of GMP experience expected.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine isotope production with GMP compliance and site SOPs.
• Perform radiochemical separations in hot cell equipment and glove boxes.
• Collaborate with Management, Quality, Radiochemistry, and Engineering to optimize processes.
• Support investigation of quality events and corrective actions.
• Assist inventory management of consumables, spare parts, cleaning supplies and PPE.
• Promote safety and compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
