Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary, is seeking a Manager of Production to oversee the drug product manufacturing team for radiopharmaceutical injectables at clinical and commercial scale in Indianapolis.

The role emphasizes a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork in a GMP radiopharmaceutical environment while ensuring on-time supply and regulatory compliance. Leadership of a high-performing team is required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a scientific field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing; radiopharmaceutical or sterile injectable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-plant management of production personnel and ensure GMP compliance for clinical and commercial drug product manufacturing.
• Oversee daily production schedules and batch manufacturing of radiopharmaceutical injectables to meet supply demands.
• Ensure aseptic technique and sterile manufacturing practices for injectable product quality and patient safety.
• Manage cleaning and sanitization of the production clean suite.
• Support development and implementation of operator qualification program.
• Draft GMP documentation including Batch Records, SOPs, Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls and reports.
• Support investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Monitor production KPI performance and throughput of GMP operations.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, EH&S and US/EU GMP regulatory guidelines.
