Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks an Operator – Isotope Production to join the GMP-driven isotope team in Indianapolis. You will execute routine production, perform radiochemical separations in hot cells, and support process improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role reports to the Supervisor – Isotope Production; 1–4 years GMP experience and a STEM degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to follow GMP procedures.
• Degree in a STEM field preferred; 1–4 years GMP experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine isotope production with GMP compliance.
• Perform radiochemical separations in hot cells within glove boxes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and efficiency.
• Assist investigations of quality events and implement corrective actions.
• Help manage inventory of consumables and PPE.
• Promote safety and radiation safety culture on production floor.
