Job summary

RayzeBio is seeking a Production Lead to guide daily GMP production operations, uphold safety and compliance, and support validation and training as the site expands. You’ll collaborate with management on production activities, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 4–6 years in GMP settings, a STEM degree, and experience with aseptic processes; radiochemistry experience is highly preferred. Onsite work in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in GMP environment with increasing responsibilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field preferred.
• Experience operating aseptically within ISO 7/Class C strongly preferred.
• Experience with radiochemistry and/or radiopharmaceuticals strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance for production operators.
• Oversee day-to-day production operations and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs and safety culture.
• Review production documents and author/revise SOPs and forms.
• Execute GMP manufacturing activities.
