Job summary

Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma, Inc. in Wilmington, MA, is seeking a Customer Operations & Procurement Specialist to own daily order flow, manage POs, and coordinate with customers and the Germany team.

The role centers on Dynamics 365 order processing, isotope order management, and portal administration, with cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in customer service/order processing, purchasing/procurement, or order-to-cash in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proficiency with an ERP (ideally Dynamics 365) and strong Excel/Outlook skills.
• Experience with customer/vendor portals such as Ariba/SAP and PO issuance.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound customer POs to confirm pricing, vendor and ship-to details.
• Create and maintain sales orders in Dynamics 365; issue order confirmations.
• Communicate order status, delivery dates, tracking and documentation with customers.
• Manage isotope customer orders from receipt to completion; review POs and isotope order forms for accuracy.
• Process isotope orders in Dynamics 365; create sales orders and closeouts.
• Coordinate with Production on activity, dates, and shipment requirements.
• Liaise with Germany team for isotope orders; provide quotes and confirm documentation.
• Maintain isotope procedures and training docs; keep them current.
• Support PO issuance; monitor folders, create POs in Dynamics 365, follow up on confirmations.
• Set up new vendors; obtain W-9/W-8, banking info and required docs.
• Collaborate with Accounting on prepayments, terms, and vendor issues.
• Assist accounts receivable and collections; review aging and resolve invoice issues.
• Administer customer/vendor portals (Ariba/SAP) for PO retrieval and invoicing.
