Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Senior Application Workflow Specialist to support complex RIS, PACS, and clinical AI implementations. You will analyze and optimize clinical workflows, advise Radiology departments, and partner across teams to improve diagnostic and operational outcomes and sustained user adoption.

You will lead training for radiologists and staff, ensure product configurations align with facility workflows, and drive change management to achieve adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in healthcare
• 5+ years in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including clinical consulting and workflow optimization
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and radiology background
• Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM, and reporting platforms
• Experience implementing medical imaging software or decision-support systems
• Ability to engage healthcare leaders on workflow assessment and adoption outcomes
• Experience guiding clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign
• Strong communication translating software capabilities into clinical language

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-implementation workflow assessments in radiology departments
• Develop and document clinical workflow strategies for PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting
• Act as clinical SME during customer engagements guiding radiologists and administrators
• Lead clinical training for radiologists, technologists, and administrators
• Partner with implementation teams to align configurations with workflows
• Serve as primary clinical workflow resource from kick-off to go-live and support
• Maintain customer workflow assessments and training plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical workflow methods and knowledge base
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Support customers with updates and guidance to sustain adoption
