Job summary

Ally Medical ER in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Radiology Technologist to assist physicians and the charge RN with patient care and imaging procedures. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Applied Science or equivalent with Radiology Technologist certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Radiology Technologist in hospital or ER.
• ARRT Certification required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Current Texas license for Radiology Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and RN in charge with patient care as directed.
• Take height/weight, vital signs, IVs, blood draws and document as needed.
• Perform x-ray and CT testing per protocol and produce quality images.
• Upload radiographs for reads/interpretations and maintain image quality.
• Report lab and radiology results to RN/physician promptly.
• Assist with assessments, examinations, and treatment.
• Assist with crutch walking, dressing changes, and splint/cast applications.
