Job summary

Ally Medical ER is seeking a Radiology Technologist to assist physicians and the nurse in charge with patient care, operating radiologic equipment for x-rays and CT scans, and ensuring quality images for diagnostic reads. The role requires ARRT and CPR/BLS, as well as a Texas Radiology Technologist license.

Responsibilities include taking measurements, vital signs, IV starts, blood draws, and timely reporting of results, along with assisting in assessments and treatments and helping with related

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiology with diploma/certification from an accredited program.
• ARRT certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Texas license for Radiology Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nurse in charge and physician with patient care.
• Perform patient measurements, vital signs, IV initiation, and blood draws as needed.
• Operate radiology equipment to perform x-rays and CT scans per protocol.
• Produce high-quality images and upload for radiology reads.
• Report lab and radiology results to RN and/or physician promptly.
• Assist with assessments, examinations and treatments.
• Support other duties such as crutch walking and splint/cast applications.
