Job summary

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
ARRT (R) Radiography certification within 6 months of hire.
CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Act 34/Act 33/Act 73 FBI background clearances required.
Prior radiology experience.

Responsibilities

Position patient and perform imaging procedures; analyze results and address image quality issues.
Review patient history and physician orders; educate patient about procedures and equipment.
Prepare and administer contrast media/medications; monitor patient condition.
Prepare equipment and supplies; select exposure factors; implement safety standards; perform quality control; troubleshoot equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
