Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiology Technologist II in Bridgton, ME to perform multi-modality imaging and ensure patient comfort and safety. You will manage X-ray, CT, mammography, and related studies, while coordinating with the Radiology Diagnostic team.

Responsibilities include supporting PI/QC activities, overseeing operations in the absence of leadership, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and scheduling for sub-departments.

Qualifications

• Active radiography licensure and state fluoroscopy permit as required.
• ARRT-certified in two modalities.
• BLS certification current.
• One year of acute clinical radiography experience.
• Graduate of ARRT-accredited program.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures) per department protocols.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care.
• Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities.
• Assists with maintaining the department Performance Improvement Program.
• Oversees radiology operations and/or staff in the absence of the Manager/Director.
• Maintains department supplies, equipment, and assigned sub-department inventory.
• Supports scheduling for assigned sub-departments.
• Promotes teamwork and excellent customer service.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.

Position: Radiology Technologist II

Location: Bridgton, ME

Department: Radiology Diagnostic

Shifts Available: Nights and Days

Pay: up to $1,492.40 – $2,087.20 gross per week

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures (X‑ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures) per department protocols
• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care
• Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

2. Effective July 1, 2017appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.

3. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.

4. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

5. One year of Acute Clinical Radiography required.

6. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.

7. Proficient computer skills.
