Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiology Technologist II in Bridgton, ME. The role supports imaging across X-ray, CT, mammography, ultrasound, and more within the Radiology Diagnostic dept.

Shifts include Nights and Days. Requires ARRT accreditation, state licensure with fluoroscopy permit, and at least 1 year of acute radiography experience. BLS must be current on hire.

Qualifications

• State licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• Two modalities national certifications required.
• Current BLS certification on hire and maintained.
• Familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• One year of acute clinical radiography experience required.
• Graduate of an ARRT-accredited program.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures (X‑ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures) per department protocols.
• Primary contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care.
• Participates in PI and QC activities.
• Assists with maintaining the department PI program.
• Oversees radiology operations and/or staff in the absence of the Manager/Director.
• Maintains department supplies, equipment, and sub‑department inventory.
• Supports scheduling for assigned sub‑departments.
• Promotes teamwork and excellent customer service.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.

Position: Radiology Technologist II

Location: Bridgton, ME

Department: Radiology Diagnostic

Shifts Available: Nights and Days

Pay: up to $1,492.40 – $2,087.20 gross per week

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures (X‑ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures) per department protocols
• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care
• Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities
• Assists with maintaining the department Performance Improvement Program
• Oversees radiology operations and/or staff in the absence of the Manager/Director
• Maintains department supplies, equipment, and assigned sub‑department inventory
• Supports scheduling for assigned sub‑departments
• Promotes teamwork and excellent customer service
• Processes and transmits images to PACS

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

2. Effective July 1, 2017appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.

3. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.

4. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

5. One year of Acute Clinical Radiography required.

6. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.

7. Proficient computer skills.
