Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an X-Ray Technician to perform digital radiographic studies under providers' orders, ensuring patient safety, accuracy and high‑quality images for diagnosis. You will position patients, operate EPIC/EHR and PACS systems, document encounters, maintain equipment, and travel to affiliated facilities as needed, while complying with ARRT, BLS and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required or preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• State licensure preferred where applicable.
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an ARRT‑accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Safely performs provider-ordered radiographic examinations, with proper patient positioning.
• Documents patient encounters in EMR/EHR accurately.
• Sets up equipment and ensures radiation safety.
• Maintains and calibrates imaging equipment; reports malfunctions.
• May travel to affiliated facilities to support providers.
