Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform imaging procedures and support patient care on a PRN basis. You will prepare patients, position them for exams, and operate radiology equipment to produce high-quality images while minimizing radiation exposure.

Cross-training opportunities and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are emphasized. Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiology program, ARRT(R) certified, licensed in Florida as

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
ARRT Registered Technologist credentialed (R).
Florida license as General Radiographer (RAD) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Perform radiology procedures including routine exams, portable/bedside, fluoroscopy and bone density as needed.
Prepare patients, position correctly and obtain high quality images while limiting radiation exposure.
Regulate and operate radiology equipment and verify physician orders.
Document patient information, assist with exams, and communicate clearly with the care team.
Support patient comfort, safety, and flow of the imaging department.
