Job summary

Advocate Health's radiology department in Downers Grove, IL seeks a skilled Radiology Technologist. Qualified candidates will have AMA Radiology education, ARRT certification, IDNS licensure, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of general radiography experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an AMA-accredited School of Radiology with ARRT certification.
• Licensed IDNS radiology professional with CPR certification.
• 1–3 years of experience as a general radiographer.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate radiologic technique and positioning for each patient.
• Operate advanced radiology equipment and assist radiologists with procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comply with universal precautions.
• Coordinate quality control tasks and prepare rooms and supplies.
