Job summary

Live Well Homecare in St. Louis, MO seeks a Full-Time General Radiology Technologist to perform general radiographic procedures on adult and pediatric patients, including portable and C-Arm OR imaging, with a focus on accuracy and patient comfort.

The role requires an Associate degree or trade school, RT(R) certification, and a willingness to work an evening shift (3pm–11:30pm). No on-call duty; sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school required.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)) required.
• 2+ years radiology experience preferred.
• Missouri/Illinois licensing and CPR certification may apply.

Responsibilities

Role Overview: This position is for a Full-Time General Radiology Technologist responsible for performing general radiographic procedures on adult and pediatric patients for diagnostic and treatment purposes. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting imaging examinations independently, including portable and C-Arm OR procedures, with a focus on customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing radiographic imaging for inpatients and outpatients
• Instructing patients on procedures and ensuring safety
• Handling portable exams and assisting in the operating room as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or Trade School equivalency
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))
• Preferred experience includes at least 2 years in radiology or related fields
• Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois) and CPR certification
