Qualifications

• Maintains active IEMA License and radiologic technologist credentials.
• Understanding of positioning and technique factors for general diagnostic radiology.
• Familiarity with AIDET communication and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Position patient and adjust equipment to obtain quality studies.
• Document exam charges and ensure proper interpretation by physician.
• Verify patient identity and consent per protocol.
• Maintain patient privacy and follow safety standards in all procedures.
• Operate radiographic equipment and select factors to optimize image quality while minimizing dose.
