Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in Edison, NJ is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general x-ray procedures under Physician supervision.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and completion of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program, with a flexible schedule option (Mon/Wed/Fri or Mon/Tue/Wed).

The Radiology Technologist Performs general x-ray procedures consistent with industry standards, regulations and Meridian policy, under the direction of the Physician.

The schedule is flexible-it can be Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification.
• NJ Registered Radiological Technologist License or Diagnostic Radiography License.
• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position.
