Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated X-ray Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic examinations with precision and patient care.

The role requires completion of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, NJ license, and BLS within 60 days. Strong communication and computer skills are essential to support our collaborative, patient-centered imaging teams.

The X-ray Technologist is responsible for obtaining diagnostic radiographic examinations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R.)
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
