Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an X-ray Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic examinations and ensure high-quality imaging for patient care.

You will work closely with radiology and clinical staff, maintain patient safety, and follow established protocols while documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• AMA approved radiologic technology program completed.
• ARRT certification obtained.
• NJ state license for diagnostic radiology required.
• AHA BLS HCP certification within 60 days of start date must be obtained.

The X-ray Technologist is responsible for obtaining diagnostic radiographic examinations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R.)
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
