Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care across Bucks County facilities. You will develop care plans, collaborate with inter-professional teams, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Pennsylvania, BLS, and 2 years of RN experience (ICU preferred). The role involves nights and a 36-hour week across Bucks, Frankford, and Torresdale campuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication and partnership with patients and families; appropriate delegation.
• RN license in PA; BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; ICU/ Critical Care preferred.
