Qualifications

• ARRT-approved program graduate or ARRT credential in Radiology (R); CT preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• State licensure as applicable per location.

Responsabilités

• Interacts professionally with colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with Jefferson values.
• Positions radiographic equipment to obtain detailed diagnostic images.
• Explains procedures to patients and gathers relevant clinical history.
• Communicates effectively with patients and care team.
• Maintains radiation safety standards including shielding to minimize exposure.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and national regulations and clinical protocols.
• Performs routine maintenance/tests on x-ray equipment and documents results.
• Maintains and updates patient and study records with confidentiality.
