Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging and related radiology procedures. You will explain procedures to patients, collect histories, and prepare the room and equipment under radiologist supervision.

The role requires ARRT certification and 1–3 months of training or experience, with entry to the Radiology Information System and patient data entry. Schedule includes Sundays–Wednesdays, 2p–12a, at Jefferson Health facilities in the Philadelphia

Qualifications

• 1-3 months experience and/or training required.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
• ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explain radiographic procedure to the patient and collect accurate patient history.
• Perform clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation.
• Properly enter patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System.
• Under the direction of the Radiologist, operate CT equipment to produce CT images of the body for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
