Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast seeks an experienced registered nurse for the Night shift (36 hours per week) to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.

You will develop care plans with patients and their designated care partners, integrate evidence-based practice, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to improve safety and outcomes. Strong communication and cultural awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practices and cultural awareness
• Effective communication and ability to delegate appropriately to the care team
• RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; Critical Care/ICU experience preferred
