Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to support patient care across Bucks, Frankford, and Torresdale campuses. You will apply nursing processes, collaborate with care partners, and contribute to education and discharge planning for diverse patient populations.

You possess an accredited nursing degree, PA RN license, BLS, and ICU experience preferred. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork within a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient-, family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Effective communication and delegation to team members.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, discharge planning, and documentation.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and use of EHR.
• BLS through AHA/Red Cross.
• RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; Critical Care/ICU preferred.
• Shift: Full Time, Nights; 36 hours weekly.
• Position floats between Bucks, Frankford, and Torresdale.
