Qualifications

• Education: Certificate or Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Licenses: Texas Medical Board Radiologic Technologist certification; ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.
• CPR/BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to pediatric to adult patients with radiologic procedures.
• Operate digital radiography equipment and PACS imaging workflows.
• Utilize RIS/Meditech for scheduling, tracking and charging exams.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and obtain patient history as needed.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor and ensure safe operation.
