Job summary

Methodist Hospital Westover Hills seeks an MRI Tech PRN to supervise imaging staff, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality MRI services. You will coordinate staff scheduling, monitor performance, and maintain equipment readiness to support patient care.

Required are MRI credentials (ARRT MR or ARMRIT) and Texas licensure with BLS. Four years MRI experience and leadership exposure are preferred for this role in our San Antonio facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of MRI and ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification.
• Associates of Science or higher preferred but not required.
• Minimum four years MRI experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel and staffing of imaging sections.
• Evaluates performance and motivates staff to high productivity.
• Operates MRI equipment and manages procedures and prep.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates preventive maintenance.
• Ensures on-time patient start and efficient room turnover.
• Interacts professionally with patients, vendors and staff.
