Job summary

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technologist license (ARRT) required
• Board-eligible through ARRRT is acceptable
• 1-2 years radiology tech experience with multiple patient populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify patient and exam details and document appropriately
• Explain exam procedures and contrast administration to patients
• Adjust imaging equipment to ensure safe imaging and correct technical factors
• Acquire images per department protocol and radiologist request
• Ensure correct labeling of exams and successful transfer to PACS
• Adhere to hospital policies and department guidelines
