Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required or eligible within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in radiographic safety practices and patient protection.
• Strong communication with patients and team; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images per protocol.
• Confirm patient and exam accuracy through interview and records.
• Explain exams and safety procedures to patients with sensitivity to needs.
• Adjust equipment settings to obtain quality images while maintaining ALARA.
• Label exams correctly and ensure transfer to PACS with proper formatting.
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary team for patient care.
