Job summary

Ally Medical seeks a Radiology Technologist Assistant to support physicians and registered nurses in delivering patient care. You will operate radiologic equipment to produce x-rays and CT scans, and assist with exams under supervision.

The role requires an associate degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, and a Texas radiology license. Expect standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the job functions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• ARRT Certification required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Current Texas license for Radiology Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care under the direction of the RN in charge and/or physician.
• Perform patient measurements and vital signs; initiate IVs, draw blood, document as needed.
• Perform diagnostic imaging using x-ray and CT per protocol and ensure quality images.
