RadNet in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Technologist Aide to join a patient-centered team delivering efficient care. You will greet and register patients, collect payments, verify information, and assist technologists during imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verifications, ensuring sterilization, safeguarding PHI, and maintaining professional interactions with patients and staff to support outstanding clinical outcomes.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients, collect copays and verify information.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and collect signatures for forms.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Ensure equipment and tools are sterilized before exams.
• Assist technologists with patients and safeguard patient information.
