Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Technologist Aide to join a patient-focused team in a fast-paced radiology setting. You will greet patients, verify their information, and assist with scheduling, insurance authorizations, and documentation.

The role emphasizes professional communication, accurate data handling, and adherence to safety protocols. The position requires a High School Diploma and 1 year of medical office experience, with basic computer skills and BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, collect copays, verify information.
• Assist team by notifying patient arrivals and rescheduling as needed.
• Obtain insurance/authorizations and complete necessary documentation.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and notify staff.
• Ensure equipment and tools are sterilized before exams.
• Assist technologists and safeguard patient information and property.
