Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Technologist Aide to join our radiology team and support patient intake and workflow at our Wilmington imaging centers. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, insurance verification, appointment coordination, and strict adherence to privacy and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year in a medical office setting, familiarity with medical terminology, and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma and medical office exposure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, register and collect copays, verify information and notify arrival.
• Obtain insurance/authorizations and collect signatures; ensure documentation is complete.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Ensure equipment and tools are sterilized in each department before exams.
• Assist technologists with patients and maintain patient confidentiality.
